Do I need stems?
No. We work from a single stereo file all the time. If you have stems — or the vocal
on its own — send them too. The more we have, the better the result, but it's never a
requirement.
Which file format should I send?
The best export you can get. A WAV or AIFF is ideal; a high-bitrate MP3 (320 kbps)
works too. From Suno, choose the WAV download rather than a preview if your plan allows it.
Can you just make it louder?
Turning a track up is easy and it's the wrong answer. Loudness without balance is what
makes AI tracks sound cheap. We balance first, then master to the right target — that's
why the difference survives on a phone speaker, not just on studio monitors.
Do you work with people outside South Africa?
Absolutely. Everything is handled online — upload your track, approve the quote, and
download your masters when they're done. We work with clients across South Africa and
internationally, and we quote in Rand.
